How far out do I need to book?+
Most Saturdays in peak season (May–October) book 12–18 months out. Off-peak Fridays and Sundays can sometimes accept 2–4 months out. Send your date — you'll know in 24 hours.
Do you travel?+
No travel fee inside Los Angeles + Orange County. Pasadena, Inland Empire, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs — quoted by mileage. Out-of-state weddings handled case-by-case.
What's actually included in the starting package?+
Up to 6 hours of DJ + MC, concert-grade sound, wireless mics for ceremony and toasts, dance-floor lighting, and full planning calls — ceremony timeline, MC script, music curation. Everything Jackie needs to run your night.
Spanish / bilingual MCing?+
Yes — Jackie is fully bilingual and MCs in English, Spanish, or both at no extra cost. That includes bilingual reception flow, Latin music sets, and cultural traditions (lazo, arras, viborita, etc.).
What if I want the band AND the DJ?+
Most luxury weddings book both. Jackie J & The Diamonds plays cocktail hour and early reception, then Jackie pivots to DJ for the dance floor. Seamless handoff, one bill, one point of contact.
Backup plan if Jackie gets sick?+
Jackie J Productions has 4 trained DJs and a band of 11 working musicians. You're never relying on a single point of failure — but in 12 years and 1,000+ events, Jackie has never missed one.
